VoteMate’s public directory, voter tools and ordinary candidate-response participation are free. Existing publication permissions remain in place; no existing participant has been enrolled in a paid service.
Proposed candidate information pack
Indicative pilot price: NZ$99 total per pack. Enquiries only. This is not an order, an invoice or a payment request.
- One accessible PDF containing your existing, approved answers.
- Two share cards using faithful excerpts you approve.
- One factual correction round before delivery.
- A written scope and itemised invoice if you choose to order.
We will confirm capacity, the total price and any applicable GST treatment, delivery date, image rights, advertising authority and expense allocation before accepting an order. Delivery before voting closes is not guaranteed. Do not send payment until an order is explicitly agreed.
Payment never changes the evidence
Buying production work cannot change match calculations, alphabetical placement, source checks, correction rights or publication approval. Candidates who do not buy receive the same publication process. We do not sell voter answers, endorsements or preferred ranking.
Paid client relationships will be disclosed alongside any future VoteMate response profile for that client. A commercial order will not clear unresolved publication checks. Any election advertising must carry the required promoter statement and have applicable candidate and party-secretary authority.
